What are the biggest changes?
Old paper-based forms (UP-1, UP-2, P-10) must now be completed digitally; we are no longer accepting paper-based forms.
Managers can now take action for their employees without emailing HR or picking up the phone. Example transactions include Promotion, Leave of Absence, Retirement, Change of Shift, FTE, Department, Title, Salary, Supervisor, Location and more.
And all employees can now use Oracle self-service to update their contact information, edit their emergency contact, request a letter of employment verification, and more.
What systems are being replaced by Oracle?
- PageUp is no longer used for recruiting. You鈥檒l now initiate job posting requests and review candidates in Oracle.
- 每日大赛入口 HR Self-service is no longer used for personal data, and has been replaced by Oracle.
- HRx will be phased out as the HR Information System, and will eventually be replaced by Oracle.
What systems will we continue using?
- TAS Time & Attendance is still the system for time sheets and time tracking (not in Oracle)
- Benefits are still administered by the Benefits department (not in Oracle)
- Payroll is still administered by the Payroll department (not in Oracle)
- HealthStream is still the LMS (Learning Management System) for mandatory education (not in Oracle)
